Some products exist only on your website, or exist in Clover without sizes. Clover counts stock per item, so "4 small, 6 medium" needs one Clover item per size.
- Open the product in WooCommerce.
- In the Clover box in the sidebar, click Send to Clover.
- Confirm what it will create, for example "Create 4 items in Clover for T-Shirt – Sardine (one per size) and link them?"
A plain product becomes one Clover item. A product with sizes or colours becomes a Clover item group with one item per size, each carrying its size, its own price and its own count, and each linked to its size on the website. The product itself stays hidden in Clover so staff never see an unsellable 0.00 line at the register.
For several products at once: Products list → tick them → Bulk actions → Send to Clover. Those are queued and appear in Clover within a minute.
Stock for the new items starts from the counts on your website, so enter the real numbers per size before you send. The button only shows for products that are not linked yet.
