Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
The short version: CloverWoo is $60 a month, it renews automatically each month until you cancel, you can cancel any time, and your first payment is refundable for 7 days.
1. Who we are
CloverWoo (also sold as WooSync POS) is a WordPress plugin that connects a Clover POS account to a WooCommerce store. It is built and operated by Innovation With Pixels ("we", "us"). By buying a subscription, downloading, activating or using the plugin you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and automatic renewal
CloverWoo is a month-to-month subscription, currently $60 USD per month, billed by Stripe to the card you enter at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date and your card is charged each month until you cancel.
Every charge is followed by a Stripe receipt sent to the email on your subscription. Each receipt links to the Stripe customer portal, where you can see your charges, update your card, or cancel.
If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@cloverwoo.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the plugin's sync and payment features and your download link stop working.
Cancelling never deletes or changes your WooCommerce products, orders or customers.
If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We will look it up and, where it is covered by our refund policy, refund it directly, which is faster for you than a chargeback.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at cloverwoo.com/refund-policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 7 days, and no partial refunds for later months once that month has started.
5. Your licence
Each subscription comes with one licence key for use on the store(s) your plan covers. The licence is checked against our licence server, which records the website it is activated on and when it last checked in. Sharing, reselling or publishing your licence key is not allowed and may lead to the key being revoked.
The plugin code is distributed under the GPL. The licence key, updates, hosted services and support are what your subscription pays for.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and the plugin keeps working for a 7-day grace period. If payment still has not succeeded after that, the licence is suspended until the balance is paid or the subscription is cancelled.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Clover and WooCommerce accounts, for keeping backups of your store, and for testing the plugin on your store before relying on it for live orders. You must have the right to connect the Clover account you authorise.
8. Third-party services
CloverWoo works with services we do not control, including Clover (Fiserv), WooCommerce, WordPress and Stripe. Their outages, API changes and fees are outside our control. Clover payment processing fees are charged by Clover, not by us.
CloverWoo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Clover Network, LLC, Fiserv, Inc. or Automattic Inc.
9. Warranty and liability
We work hard to keep CloverWoo reliable and we fix bugs quickly, but the plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to CloverWoo is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date above and email active subscribers. Continuing to use CloverWoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
