What we collect on cloverwoo.com

Contact and setup forms: your name, email, store URL and whatever you write, so we can reply.

Email sign-ups: your email address and which page you signed up on, so we can send the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Support chat: messages you send in the chat widget, so we or our assistant can answer them.

Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited and anonymous device information so we can see which pages help people.

What we collect when you subscribe

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.

Your licence key is checked by our licence server, which stores the email on the subscription, the website the licence is activated on, and the times it checks in. We use this to deliver updates, prevent licence sharing, and answer billing questions.

What the plugin handles on your store

The plugin runs on your own WordPress site and moves products, stock, orders and customer details between your WooCommerce store and your Clover account. That data stays between your site and Clover. We only see it if you send it to us for support.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (site analytics), our email provider (Hostinger mail), Tendabot (support chat) and our hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Billing and licence records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require after it ends. Form and chat messages are kept while they are useful for support.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@cloverwoo.com. We will answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for that period only.
