Clover POS + WooCommerce,
built for retail

Sell online and in-store on one inventory. CloverWoo keeps SKUs, variants, stock counts, and categories perfectly aligned across your Clover POS and WooCommerce storefront — across as many locations as you run.

What retail needs

Problems CloverWoo solves for retail merchants

Inventory that never lies

Every in-store sale updates Woo stock in real time. Every online sale decrements Clover. Oversells vanish as a problem.

Multi-location support

Run multiple Clover locations? CloverWoo respects location-specific stock counts so the website reflects where product actually lives.

Variable products mapped cleanly

Clover item groups become WooCommerce variable products with correct SKUs, prices, and stock counts per variant (S/M/L, colors, sizes).

Category + taxonomy sync

Product categories map bidirectionally so your storefront navigation matches how merchandise is organized at the POS.

Barcode-friendly SKU mapping

SKUs round-trip between platforms, so barcode scanners, inventory audits, and reorder reports work the same across channels.

Payments + one merchant account

Online sales charge through your existing Clover merchant account. One processor, one statement, simpler reconciliation with accounting.

One catalog, two storefronts

The real retail problem isn't “should I sell online.” It's “how do I do that without running two catalogs, two inventory counts, and two sets of customer records?” That's the problem CloverWoo was built around.

With CloverWoo, your Clover POS catalog is the source of truth (or Woo is — your choice). Products added to one flow to the other with SKUs, images, descriptions, prices, categories, taxes, and variant structure intact. When the counter rings a sale, web stock updates. When a Woo order comes in, Clover stock updates. For multi-location merchants, CloverWoo respects which location the stock lives at, so your website reflects real availability, not aspirational totals.

Because Clover is also the payment rail, online sales use the same merchant account as in-store sales. Settlements land in one place. Fees come through one processor. Reconciliation is one pass in your accounting instead of two.

Retail FAQ

Common questions

Does CloverWoo handle multiple store locations?

Yes. CloverWoo supports multi-location Clover merchants. Each location's inventory syncs independently, and you can choose whether WooCommerce stock reflects a single primary location, a sum across locations, or custom mapping.

Are variable products (size/color) mapped correctly?

Yes. Clover item groups map to WooCommerce variable products. SKUs, prices, and stock counts sync per variant so your S/M/L/XL or color variants stay accurate on both sides.

What about categories and product organization?

Category sync is bidirectional. Your Clover categories become WooCommerce product categories (and vice versa), keeping your storefront taxonomy in sync with the POS catalog.

Can I sell products online that aren't in the physical store?

Yes. Per-product sync controls let you flag items as online-only, in-store-only, or both. CloverWoo respects those flags so neither catalog gets polluted with products that don't belong.

How are customer records handled for loyalty or CRM?

Customer profiles sync between Clover and WooCommerce so purchase history, contact details, and addresses stay consistent. That gives your CRM/loyalty tools a unified customer record across channels.
