Two ways to show stock
Separate warehouses
Each Clover location fills its own warehouse in the Multi-Location Inventory Management extension from WooCommerce.com. Location A stays Location A, Location B stays Location B. They are never added together.
One total, no extra plugin
Prefer one stock number? The website shows the total of the locations you tick. A web sale comes off the first location in your list that has stock, then the next.
Sales come off the right place
A web order from a warehouse is taken off the matching Clover location about a minute later. A sale at the counter shows on the website within 5 minutes.
Good to know
- Products, prices, orders, customers and card payments keep using your main Clover connection. The add-on handles stock.
- Each extra location connects with an API token made in that location's Clover dashboard (Inventory read and write, Merchant read).
- Items are matched to website products by SKU, then by exact name if you allow it. The same SKU in every location works best.
- On the first sync each location's Clover count is used as it is. After that, sales on both sides are added up, so nothing is counted twice.
- Up to 10 locations per website. Card payments still work in the US and Canada only.

$30/month on top of your $60/month CloverWoo licence. Setup is included: we connect your extra locations and check the first sync with you. Cancel the add-on any time; your licence keeps working.
How to buy: sign in to the customer portal with your licence key, click “Add Multi-Location” and pay on Stripe. It switches on by itself within a minute.
Questions
Which warehouse plugins does it work with?
Multi-Location Inventory Management from WooCommerce.com, through its REST API. Developers can add another warehouse plugin with a small adapter (a WordPress filter). Or use the built-in total, which needs no warehouse plugin at all.
Do I need a separate licence for each location?
No. One CloverWoo licence for the website, plus the add-on at $30/month. All your Clover locations are included.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Tell us about your setup at support@cloverwoo.com and we'll check it fits before you pay for the add-on. You can also try CloverWoo itself on our demo store.
What happens if I stop the add-on?
Stock sync goes back to the main location only. Nothing is deleted. Products whose counts differ wait on Clover → Link Products until you pick the right number.
