Everything lives under Clover → Settings → Connection. There are two ways to connect, and you can use both together.
1. Connect with CloverWoo
One button, you sign in to Clover and approve. This is the quickest route and it is what most merchants use once it is available for their region and environment. If you see "not available for this environment and region yet", use your own Clover keys below — everything still works.
2. Your own Clover keys
Open Advanced: my own Clover app on the Connection tab and fill in what you have:
- Merchant ID — from your Clover dashboard, Account & Setup.
- Ecommerce API private key and PAKMS public key — Clover dashboard → Ecommerce API Tokens. These take card payments at checkout.
- Clover API token (for sync) — Clover dashboard → Settings → Business operations → API tokens, with read and write for Inventory, Orders and Customers, and read for Merchant. This syncs products, stock, orders and customers.
Save, and the plugin checks each key with Clover and tells you if one is refused or missing a permission. Many merchants find their Ecommerce key also covers sync: when it does, the plugin says so and you do not need a separate API token.
Card payments through Clover are available in the United States and Canada only, because Clover's Ecommerce API is North America only. Product, stock, order and customer sync work in every Clover region.
